What is DALI?
The acronym DALI stands for Digital Addressable Lighting Interface, a standardized system designed to control lighting in professional environments. The DALI standard is easy to implement, manufacturer-independent, and allows precise control of individual light sources, even in large building complexes. It is widely used in professional settings, with seamless integration of components like LED drivers, switches, relays, and motion sensors regulated by the DALI Alliance.References

- A system to control DALI lighting via a mobile app, enabling on/off switching, color/temperature adjustments, scene creation, and automated workflows. Our team developed the full solution—hardware, firmware, backend, cloud, and app—while managing CE and DALI certifications.
- An automated lighting system for complex, reconfigurable spaces, featuring script-based responses to switches or motion sensors. We delivered hardware, firmware, backend, and a web-based application.
- A solution to connect spatially separated DALI bus systems over long distances, including hardware, firmware, enclosure design, and manufacturing processes, developed in collaboration with the client.

Current Trends
DALI is a living standard, open to integrating modern technologies into its ecosystem. The latest base standard, DALI – Part 104: General requirements – Wireless and alternative wired systems, enables DALI devices to interact via alternative transmission methods, reducing reliance on dedicated wiring.
